Funding of up to 75% can be arranged on a stand-alone basis (higher if additional security provided) with interest rates starting from around 3.25% above base/libor depending on the strength of the business and loan to value. The term of the mortgage is generally between 5-25 years.

Interest only options are available.

We have access to a huge range of the commercial mortgage lenders, including traditional lenders, building societies, new banks to the market and specialist niche commercial lenders.

With more complex residential investment properties or Commercial Investment properties funding is typically available for up to 75% of the property value. Interest rates start from around 2.30 % subject to status, terms up to 35 years with repayment and interest only options.
